1 c flour
1 c warm water
1/2 c salt
1 T oil
1 tsp cream of tartar
food coloring
Mix all ingredients over medium heat, until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like play dough consistency. Knead until cool. Must be stored in an air tight container. Do not refrigerate. Will keep for up to 3 months.

I remember making this from the Abeka curr. I divided it into snak baggies for each of the kids for play dough day! They loved it! I did add a little mint to it b/c of the smell. I think Abeka's recipe recommended it...I am not that creative.
